Welcome! I'm so happy that you are here. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Leah Laramore, I am the owner of Rize Up tutoring and an active tutor within. I was born and have lived in Northwest Arkansas most of my life. I have been married for 11 years, we have two dogs and one cat. That gives us a house of 4 girls for my husband to deal with! Ha! I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a minor in Secondary Education. I have been teaching for 6+ years and tutoring for 8+ years. I strive to encourage each student to focus on the word "yet". I'm a firm believer that each student has the ability to develop a sense of creativity to build on concepts learned previously, to become intellectual risk-takers, to believe in themselves, and eventually enjoy learning math.
